Data Collection, Processing and Usage

Whilst visiting our website we do not collect any personal data from you. We only collect information which is voluntarily given by the user when registering to use our contact form, concluding a contract, during telephone correspondence or if you request to be contacted by a member of our sales team. The data collected may include full names, business address, contact phone numbers and email address or a record of conversations and correspondence.

This data is then used for processing enquiries, contract completion, contacting the user or for marketing purposes and would not be used for any other purposes without your direct consent. We may also use this information to notify you about changes to our services.

When contract completion is attained, and complete payment has been made, data will be stored according to law retention periods for tax and commercial purposes and will be deleted upon expiry of these periods.

Although we operate an ecommerce site, Cloud4 does not store any payment information such as debit and credit cards details. We pass that information to our payment gateway provider, Stripe, their privacy policy information is https://stripe.com/gb/privacy

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy, however, information transmitted over the internet is not completely secure and we are unable to guarantee the security of your data before it reaches our site, we therefore state that any transmission of data is at your own risk. Transfer or disclosure of Personal Data

Cloud4 Ltd will not pass on your personal details that you may have supplied to us, and we do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers or users. For Bluebeam customers we pass information to Bluebeam Inc required for licensing purposes which may include Name, Company name, company address notifiable email address.

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

In certain instances, we may be required to disclose your personal information to affiliates or unaffiliated third parties if requested to do so:

to comply with tax, customs, legal requirements or by government request.
to safeguard the property of Cloud4 Ltd, it’s rights and interests.
to continue the support the website, we will limit as far a possible the disclosure of personal information to designated service providers.

For us to conclude an order, personal data collected by us is transferred to the transport companies/freight forwarders commissioned with the delivery, for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to the requested address.
